Guests without an E-Ticket will be requested to wait outside the lobby until registration closes. Marshals and student ushers will assist additional guests to the Foyer, where they may watch the ceremony through the designated virtual viewing area.
  • Call Time: Graduates must arrive at least one (1) hour before the ceremony for check-in, robing, and assembly. Late arrivals may not be accommodated in the processional lineup.
  • Parking: Complimentary parking is available, subject to venue policies and space availability. Guests are encouraged to arrive early, carpool, or use public transportation.
  • Registration and Assembly Area: Upon arrival at the Theatre Cafe and Lobby, please proceed to the registration booths and present the E-Ticket. After scanning and verification, the guest and graduate will be given a stamp at pulse wrist. Student marshals will guide them to their designated assembly areas and processional positions. Please follow all instructions for an orderly ceremony.
  • Food and Drinks: Food and beverages from inside or outside the venue are not allowed inside the Theatre. Prohibited items may be confiscated by ushers. Designated tables near the Theatre entrances will be provided for temporary storage and retrieval after the event.

Your cooperation is greatly appreciated in making this a successful and memorable celebration for all.
