Congratulations to our alumna, DR. JOANNE DELOS REYES LOBRINO, National Winner Group Category, Presidential Lingkod Bayan 2021, for the Hope Behind Bars Project.

Dr. Lobrino is a graduate of PWU Doctor of Hospitality Management Class of 2021.

The country’s most prestigious public-service award was aired last November 15, 2021, via the Radio Television Malacañang’s Facebook page and YouTube channel, and the Civil Service Commission’s Facebook page (Philippine Civil Service Commission) and YouTube channel.
