We are pleased to announce that Mr. Mark Lourence D.C. Santiago, a graduate of the Master of Arts in Guidance and Counseling program and our very own HR Specialist II, successfully passed the August 2026 Guidance Counselors Licensure Examination.

As the sole PWU first-time taker, Mr. Santiago’s achievement gives the University a 100% passing rate in the examination.

Congratulations, Mr. Santiago.

We likewise extend our congratulations to the Psychology Program Chair, Dr. Melissa Alcazaren, together with their faculty members and staff for their guidance, dedication, and unwavering support that helped make these achievements possible.

Lastly, I extend my warmest congratulations to the parents and loved ones of our board passers, whose encouragement, sacrifices, and support have been invaluable throughout their journey.
