Registrar
The Registrar’s Office is responsible for the academic records of students, preserving and safeguarding the accuracy, integrity, confidentiality and security of the student information system and of students’ academic records. It upholds the school’s value of integrity and honesty while supporting its instructional mission by providing quality support services responsive to the needs of the academic community.
It enforces government and school regulations regarding entrance requirements, enrollment load, transfer, promotions, subject sequence, graduation, suspension or dismissal of students and other disciplinary measures. It also attends to the transactions with internal and external offices/agencies on matters related to the function of this office.
This office issues certifications, grades, transcript of records, transfer certificates, clearances and diplomas to its students. It consolidates class schedules prepared each term and plans/executes registration procedures in coordination with heads of academic offices.

Scholarship
The Philippine Women’s University, through the Career Development and Continuing Education Center (CDCEC), acknowledges the invaluable role of its community franchise partners in advancing the University’s mission of delivering accessible and inclusive education.
In recognition of this partnership, the CDCEC Office introduces the granting of an educational support privilege in the form of a 10% tuition fee discount to all qualified beneficiaries, specifically for post graduate degree programs, to be formally referred to as the CDCEC Scholarship Program (CSP). This initiative is envisioned not only to deepen community engagement, but also to contribute to the growth of student enrollment and to promote employee retention and long-term commitment within the franchise network.
Beneficiaries
The CDCEC Scholarship Program will be intended to benefit community franchise partners specifically to the following:
- PWU CDCEC Branch Employees
- Graduates of PWU CDCEC Branches
Terms and Conditions
- Eligibility
- ● PWU CDCEC Branch Employees
- – The privilege is granted exclusively to active PWU CDCEC Employees only, who may be a Non-Teaching Personnel (NTP), Administrators or Faculty Members.
- – The applicant must have rendered at least 6 months or one (1) full academic term with a complete load of service prior to application.
- ● PWU CDCEC Branch Employees
- – Must have been enrolled in and completed a program from an existing PWU CDCEC branch duly recognized by the University.
- ● PWU CDCEC Branch Employees
- Coverage
- ● The privilege provides a 10% tuition fee discount applicable only to Post-Graduate Degree Programs.
- ● The discount covers tuition fees only and does not include miscellaneous or other fees.
- Endorsement and Renewal
- ● Beneficiaries must be officially endorsed in writing by the Head/Director of the franchise partner every academic term.
- ● Renewal is subject to continued employment, good academic standing, and compliance with University policies.
- ● Beneficiaries must maintain passing grades in all enrolled courses
- ● Beneficiaries are expected to remain in service with their respective franchise partner during their graduate studies.
- Institutional Discretion
- ● The University reserves the right to review, revise, suspend, or terminate the privilege in alignment with institutional policies and priorities. Likewise, individual CDCEC branches may exercise discretion in determining eligibility and may impose additional conditions such as service return requirements, provided these are consistent with the Licensing Agreement and University guidelines.
CSP Application Procedure
Application Procedures (For Employees)
- Secure a copy of your Certificate of Employment from your respective PWU CDCEC branch.
- Accomplish the Scholarship Application Form (CSP Application Form for Employees v1 2025).
- Submit the accomplished form and required documents to the PWU CDCEC Director for endorsement to the Scholarship Committee at least one (1) month prior to the start of the school year or trimester.
- The Scholarship Committee shall deliberate on the application and endorse its recommendation to the Chairman for final approval.
- Once approved, a copy of the duly signed form shall be forwarded to the Finance/Billing Office and the CDCEC Main Office for proper documentation and implementation.
Note: The employee scholarship shall be renewed every term, provided that the employee remains in active service with a complete teaching or administrative load at PWU CDCEC, and that the recipient maintains satisfactory academic standing.
Application Procedures (For Alumni)
- Secure a copy of your Diploma or Transcript of Records from your respective PWU CDCEC branch.
- Accomplish the Scholarship Application Form (CSP Application Form for Alumni v1 2025).
- Submit the accomplished form and required documents to the PWU CDCEC Director for endorsement to the Scholarship Committee at least one (1) month prior to the start of the school year or trimester.
- The Scholarship Committee shall deliberate on the application and endorse its recommendation to the Chairman for final approval.
- Once approved, the Scholarship Committee shall issue a Scholarship Certificate to the recipient. This certificate shall be presented and forwarded every enrollment for the processing of tuition privileges. A copy of the approved certificate shall also be forwarded to the Finance/Billing Office and the CDCEC Main Office for proper documentation and implementation.
Note: The alumni scholarship is automatically renewable every term, provided that the recipient maintains satisfactory academic standing. Recipients who incur failing grades shall be subject to disqualification from the scholarship program.
