The use of English and other international languages has been presently a growing trend for global understanding and brotherhood. With migration reality, English and foreign languages have been considered a passport to travel, forefront to the demands of an ever expanding world.

PWU is committed to helping students acquire oral and written language skills sufficient for work in a career, for travel, or for any activity for which a foreign or second language can open new opportunities.

PWU is committed to implement quality language education to meet the growing needs of the country and the world. Language teaching and learning are grounded on balanced linguistic performance and competence focusing on the following approaches: student-centered, communicative and practical activities, functional and operative grammar and unique learning experience that goes beyond the classroom.

English as a Second Language

  • Beginner Level                        2-week Intensive Program on campus
                                                      at 3 hours/week

  • Elementary Level                    8-week Intensive Program on campus
                                                   
      at 6 hours a day

  • Intermediate Level                  8-week Intensive Program on campus
                                                     
    at 6 hours a day

  • High Intermediate-Advance    8-week Program on campus
                                                   
      at 6 hours a day
