DISTANCE LEARNING

In compliance with the Philippine Commission on Higher Education (CHED) Guidelines for Distance Education, PWU requires at least three face-to-face sessions for Distance Education students residing in the Philippines. Non-Philippine resident’s face-to-face will be arranged on a case-to-case basis.

Internet access and basic computer literacy are required.

Admission Requirements

I. Student Permanent Record

Accomplish the SPR Form from the Graduate School Office in PWU, or you can Download a copy to fill up and print.

II. Credentials

* Upon approval of enrollment, applicant must submit an original copy of Transcript of Records from the last school attended, with the remark
Copy for Philippine Women’s University”.
** Permit to Study is needed if the applicant is working in the Government or tuition being financed by the government/scholarship.
Certificate of Transfer Credentials or Honorable Dismissal (from the last school attended) Original copy
Transcript of Records* Two (2) photocopies (for evaluation of the Dean of respective course)
Certification of Employment Original and one (1) photocopy
Barangay Clearance (if unemployed) Original and one (1) photocopy
Permit to Study** Two (2) photocopies
Birth Certificate (Latest issue of PSA) Two (2) photocopies
Marriage Contract (Latest issue of PSA)(for Married Women only) Two (2) photocopies
(1x1) ID Picture - Maroon background Four (4) pieces
Result of Board Examination Original and one (1) photocopy
PRC License Two (2) photocopies

Submit the accomplished Student Permanent Record (SPR) form along with required credentials to:
