Pre-requisite:
- 51 units of general education (GE) subjects
Time Frame:
- Five (5) trimesters and one (1) summer, approximately 18 months and 15 days
Date of Meeting / Classroom or Place:
- Saturday, 8:00am - 5:00pm
- One (1) session per subject
- PWU Seminar Room or a venue arranged with your professor

Admission Requirements

Certificate of Transfer Credential (original copy)
Certified True Copy of Grades (original copy)
Letter of Recommendation / Certificate of Good Moral Character from the Dean or Guidance Counselor of the last school attended (original copy)
Transcript of Records (TOR) must be valid for transfer, original signed by the Registrar and affixed with school seal
NSO Issued Birth Certificate (1 photocopy)
Marriage Certificate (for married female students) 2 photocopies
ID Picture (1.5 x 1.5) 2 copies
