Admission Requirements (Transfer/Second-Degree Course Students)
Present the following requirements:
- Certificate of Transfer Credential (original copy)
- Certified True Copy of Grades (original copy)
- Letter of Recommendation / Certificate of Good Moral Character from the Dean or Guidance Counsellor of the last school attended (original copy)
- Transcript of Records (TOR) must be valid for transfer, original signed by the Registrar and affixed with school seal
- NSO Issued Birth Certificate (one photocopy)
- Marriage Certificate (for marreid female students - two(2) photocopies)
- Colored ID Picture (size 1.5 x 1.5 - two(2) copies)
- Certificate of general Weighted Average from Previous School (for second-degree course students)
- Art Test result (for Fine Arts and Design applicants)
- Audition result (for Music applicants)
- Interview result (Foreign Service applicant)

Present official receipt (OR) to MSRO/AO staff to get a schedule for the entrance exam. |

Take the test on the scheduled date Entrance examination result of transferees/2nd coursers are forwarded to the Dean of the respective schools and Freshmen get the acceptance letter in the afternoon of the same day. |

Applicant pays Php2500.00 Confirmation fee at the Cashier's office. This is non-refundable but deductible from tuition fee. |
