Admission Requirements (College Freshmen)

Present the following requirements:

• High School Card - Form 138
• Letter of Recommendation / Certificate of Good Moral Character from High School Principal/Guidance Counselor (original copy)
• NSO issued Birth Certificate (original and one(1) photocopy)
• Marriage Certificate (for married female students - two(2) photocopies)
• Two (2) copies of colored ID Picture with maroon or red background (size 1.5 x 1.5)

Pre-Enrollment Procedures for New Students

Notes: ** For Freshmen: Free testing fee for Valedictorians, Salutatorians, and PWU High Schools Manila/Quezon City graduates. Bring Certification from high school principal for validation. Art Test for Bachelor of Fine Arts (BFA) and Audition for Bachelor of Music (BM) applicants will be scheduled within the 1st Trimester
1	Marketing & Student Recruitment/ Admissions Office (MSRO/AO), Ground floor, Taft Wing	Fill up an application for Admission Form and secure an Application Number.
2	Cashier's Window 2nd floor, Nakpil Wing	Pay Php 500.00 Testing Fee**
3	MSRO/AO, Ground floor, Taft Wing	Present official receipt (OR) to MSRO/AO staff to get a schedule for the entrance exam.
4	Seminar Room 5, 2nd Floor, Nakpil Wing	Take the test on the scheduled date Entrance examination result of transferees/2nd coursers are forwarded to the Dean of the respective schools and Freshmen get the acceptance letter in the afternoon of the same day.
5	Cashier's Window 2nd floor, Nakpil Wing	Applicant pays Php2500.00 Confirmation fee at the Cashier's office. This is non-refundable but deductible from tuition fee.
