Letter of recommendation / Certification of good moral character (original copy) for transferees and
highschool graduates in the Philippines
Letter of No Objection from the Registrar of the previous school (for transferees only)
Colored ID Pictures (size 1.5 x 1.5) - Two (2) copies
Procedures
Proceed to the Registrar's Office. Submit to the International Students Coordinator all required credentials
and documents for verification and validation.
