Admission Requirements (Basic Education)

Elementary

• Original and two (2) photocopies of Birth Certificate
• Two (2) Colored ID Picture in 1 x 1 size
• Diagnostic Test Results
• Interview (Parent & Child)
• Report Card duly signed by Principal for applicants from Grade II onwards

High School

• Original F-138 (Report Card) or photocopy of latest grades
• Original and one clear photocopy of Birth Certificate
• Two (2) letters of recommendation from either: the Principal, Adviser, or Guidance Counselor
• Five (5) Colored ID Picture in 1 x 1 size
• All transferees are required to go through interview prior to applying. Please come with parents/guardians on your interview schedule.

• Testing fee - Php 200.00
• Time of Exam - 8:00am - 12:00nn
• Test results will be given out after three days by the Guidance Office

Bring the following on exam day:

• 2 pcs. Pencils (#2 with eraser)
• 1 pc. whole sheet of paper
• Exam Permit and Receipt
• Snacks (examinees are not allowed to go out during break time)
