Senior Girl Scout Jeselle Joy Pineda (extreme right), a Philippine Women’s University High School graduate was cited as an awardee under the Chief Girl Scout Medal Scheme by Pres. Gloria Macapagal-Arroyo in ceremonies held recently in Malacanang. A member of the GSP-Manila Council, Pineda was cited for her year-round community development project on Cultural Heritage.
