Call Center Agent's Course (5 Months)

This course is designed to provide employment to college graduates who
want to pursue a career in the Call Center industry. The course concentrates
on mastery of the English language through a series of lectures and exercises
that intends to strengthen the participants’ speaking and listening skills in
the English language. The course runs for 5 months. Graduates will be employed
in the booming call center industry.
